Since you don't understand English as your first language, I will give you a chance to read through this (twice, if necessary) to understand what I am saying - One, I am UPDATING the maps according to the very maps you posted (I am also creating maps of the gminy). Two, you are extremely offensive with your words. If you would like, we can critique each other offline and use all of the words such as "bad" (not "bed"), but to use these words on wiki is incorrect and offensive. Mapy

Przyznam, że mam pewien problem z oceną stopnia "autorskości" map. Nie wiem, jakie warunki musi spełnić mapa, aby być uznana za autorską. Mnie wydawałoby się, że jeżeli ktoś odpalił program graficzny, narysował kontury, wypełnił kolorami, naniósł podpisy, to jest to jego własna praca nawet jeśli wzorcem była inna mapa. Mapy mają to do siebie, że są podobne ;-) Chyba że znając warsztat jesteś wstanie ocenić, że praca jest nie w pełni samodzielna (np, podretuszowany skan), wtedy to co innego. ~Ponieważ jednak nie mam w tej sprawie żadnych doświadczeń, polecam Ci skontaktować sie raczej z kimś kto sam takie grafiki wykonuje i ma pewne doświadczenie w określaniu autora i licencji prac bazowanych na innych pracach. Może to być któryś z rysujących adminów commons, np. WarX, Szczepan1990 lub adminów pl.wiki, np. Holek, Hiuppo (ten ostatni zajmował się mapami, ostatnio jednak jest mniej aktywny, ale może trafisz akurat na moment jego aktywności na wiki). Co do wkładu użytkowniczki to moje zastrzeżenia dotyczyłyby w pierwszej kolejności pewnej niedbałości, błędów w nazwach i zastanawiałabym się nad ich przydatnością. Jeśli dodatkowo potwierdzi się Twój zarzut co do nie w pełni autorskiego wkładu, to będzie należało rozważyć ich usunięcie. Pozdrawiam. Pilecka 14:41, 26 January 2008 (UTC)

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Informacja na temat autorstwa jest przecież zarówno w opisie zdjęcia, który nie uległ zmianie (Source: --Immanuel Giel 13:58, 28 Apr 2005 (UTC)), jak i w historii pliku (13:58, 28 kwi 2005 Immanuel Giel (dyskusja | edycje | zablokuj) (*Description: Gibraltar 1992 *Source: --~~~~ {{subst:Bild-GFDL}} Category:Gibraltar Category:landscape). Nie wydaje mi się, by to powodowało jakikolwiek dyskomfort czy to Twój, czy też oryginalnego autora.

For your information, and here I'll write that again: Spain and Morocco agreed to maintain the status quo on the island, despite the fat that both claim it.

On one hand, on WP, people don't care about a government's policy. The information must be kept as neutral as possible. On the other hand, the UN and the international community don't recognize the sovereignty over the island, nor to Spain nor to Morocco.

I contribute to keep the information as neutral as possible, that's all. If you think it is a case of "censorship", you can claim the intervention of a Commons administrator.

Hydrografia

Hej, zabieram się powoli za wektoryzację Twojej mapki hydrograficznej naszego pięknego kraju. Tyle że to od groma i ciut roboty i automat sobie z tym raczej nie poradzi, więc musiałbym w zasadzie tworzyć ją od zera, z Twoją mapą jako podkładem. Mapki w svg są o niebo bardziej użyteczne, bo derywaty można tworzyć nawet z automatu, że nie wspomnę o łatwiejszej lokalizacji.

Stąd dwa pytania:

1. Czy możesz własnoręcznie wgrać wersję wektorową tej mapy? Zakładam, że nie została stworzona jako bitmapa tylko właśnie w jakimś programie do obróbki grafiki wektorowej (opis grafiki tego nie precyzuje, ale to dość logiczne założenie jak mniemam).
2. Ewentualnie czy możesz podać na stronie grafiki na podstawie jakich źródeł powstała mapa?

W zasadzie takie pliki kasuje się od ręki, z tymże nie wiem, czy przypadkiem sama mapa nie obroniłaby się przed usunięciem, być może należy do domeny publicznej (np. z powodu upłynięcia 70 lat od momentu publikacji i niepodania autora przy oryginalnej publikacji, co podpadałoby pod {{Anonymous-EU}})? Jeśli tak, to wystarczyłoby przyciąć odpowiednio ten plik i usunąć starszą wersję zawierającą znaki i design objęty prawem autorskim — mógłbyś zerknąć i ewentualnie nadpisać ten plik odpowiednio poprawioną wersją? Po krótkiej dyskusji IRC-owej z jednym z niemieckojęzycznych adminów (Funfood (talk · contribs)) zdecydowałem się przesłać na Commons pełną wersję tej mapy, oznaczając ją tagiem {{Anonymous-EU}}, gdyż nigdzie na mapie nie ma informacji o jej autorze — przy okazji poprawiłem też opis i nazwę pliku i dodałem go do odpowiedniej kategorii. odder (talk) 19:55, 5 March 2013 (UTC)

Już za późno — cały arkusz znajduje się już na Commons :-) A bardziej serio: nawet jeśli wzór pieczątki jest objęty prawem autorskim (czego nie wiemy), to sama pieczątka stanowi tak niewielką część mapy i jest nieznacząca dla tego, co mapa przedstawia, że — moim zdaniem — podpada pod zasadę Commons:De minimis. Jeśli chcesz, to przy odrobinie pracy mógłbyś pewnie usunąć pieczątkę z tej mapy; podejrzewam, że 15 minut klonowania wystarczyłoby, żeby tego dokonać. odder (talk) 20:49, 5 March 2013 (UTC)

Jeszcze jedna kwestia związana z powyższym — orientujesz się może, jakim tagiem oznaczane są zwykle przedwojenne mapy (tu: autorstwa Wojskowego Instytutu Geograficznego)? Na mojej stronie dyskusji podrzucono mi 1 i 2, które są częścią 3 i zastanawiam się, czy moglibyśmy taką mapę przesłać na Commons, a jeśli tak, to czy podpada pod {{Anonymous-EU}}, czy może są jakieś szczegółowe tagi, którymi zwykle oznacza się takie mapy. Jeśli nie ma, to pełną wersję tej mapy wrzucę jako {{Anonymous-EU}}, a tamte dwa pliki odpowiednio przytnę, usuwając pasek Windowsa i elementy przeglądarki Google Chrome.
